Having trouble receiving email?
Don't use the following email provider when signing up. They are bad at blocking legitimate emails. If you use them to sign up with us, chances are you will not get emails from us.
hotmail, outlook, yahoo, rocketmail

Orders from new clients will be manually screened to prevent fraud. Your patience is appreciated. Please DO NOT open a Paypal dispute.
If you are not getting emails/activation keys from us. Check your SPAM folder first! We work around the clock to activate the keys. Yearly keys need to have manual verification. This range from 15mins to few hours.
You can also log into our Client Area -> Services to see the keys there as well.
Any problems please submit a support ticket by logging into the client area.
